Stop Running Away From Who You Are
I've shared this before, but when I originally launched, I did NOT want pink to be a part of my brand color palette. I also didn't want black.
I didn't the colors to be "too feminine".
I didn't want something "too dark".
I didn't want to do something that felt cliche.
Welp, clearly that didn't last long. šš
I forget what workshop I was in when they spoke about choosing brand colors that felt good to you and I knew it was time to do a complete overhaul.
I had some light greens and turquoise that were -quickly- trashed and I switched the style up and added 2 of my favorites... pink and black. Those are my top 2 power colors because I feel DAMN good in them, whether dressed up or down.
And you know what? Even when I'm out and about randomly like I was here in this picture during my birthday vacation, I am almost *always* on brand and I LOVE that for me.
Ask my friends- "What color is CJ/Tutu going to wear?" They're gonna tell you pink, black, or glitter (but we ain't putting that in the palette).
Stop running away from who you are in the name of attracting clients. They need to see the true you.
That's all!
