Hey! I’m Courtney but call me “CJ”. I'‘m full-time social media strategist and creative consultant. Most recently, I’ve added the title of “location independent entrepreneur” by maintaining hubs in Mexico, Dallas, and New Jersey. My personal passion is helping Black people and women of color make their brand or project sound sexy with a dash of sparkle.
I took a leap of faith and launched my business, 21Twelve Creative Co., on Halloween 2020 and haven’t looked back since. Over the course my first year in business, I learned that I find the most enjoyment working with women who identify as a CEO or coach and made the decision in Q3 of 2021 to work exclusively with that target audience.

Throughout her tenure, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of industries including real estate, mental health, technology startups, executive coaches, and more.

The personal mantra that has carried her throughout her journey is simple- "Be bold. Be brilliant. Be brave." While she loves being an entrepreneur, her “big girl dream” is to be a published author, professional philanthropist, owner of a Black women’s safe space that sells tea, candles, and books, and the manager of a scholarship foundation in honor of her late godfather, Jerome A. Johnson.
