Whoever Said You Have To Do Everything On Your Own Is LYING To You!
Whoever told you that you had to do everything on your own LIED to you.
We (women/Black folks/POC) need to STOP thinking we are weak just because we want (and need) help with running our business. I know I'm a recovering "Strong Black woman" and even in the small instances when I do something like outsourcing my errands, I get a bit of "who do I think I am" syndrome. But it's not just about working hard y'all, it's important that we work smart too.
I'm focused on *outcomes* right now and am okay if the tactics in my strategy have to change a bit.
Prime example? @lindseycreated tweeted about an electronic shower scrubber that can get the grout out of tiles. Do y'all know how quickly I ran to Amazon?? There was an easier way to get something done without having to legit break my back? Same results but one provided way more ease and efficiency?? Honey, I am SOLD.
The same thing goes for how you're running your business.
Sure, you can try to be a one-woman/man team and do ALLL of the things, but you're doing yourself a disservice and you're going to wind up running yourself into the ground.
➡️ So step 1, admit that you are ready and need help because you're trying to scale and your favorite seven-figure hottie has a team.
➡️ Step 2, if you (or someone you know) need help with their social media, send them my way. I'm bringing on new clients for Q3 and I want to see you win. Click here to learn more.
➡️ Step 3, SAVE and SHARE this post with someone who needs to see it.
Have an abundant week and go make some magic happen.
